Beautiful area, perfect for walking with our dog, lovely cottage with everything we could possibly need and more! Hot tub was great to unwind in after a day of exploring. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend Manod cottage!

I have already recommended Hoseasons and the cottage to my family who are considering booking for the summer time. The cottage was beautiful and felt very homely. The features that attracted us to this cottage were the wood burner, hot tub and being able to take our dog with us. Thanks all for a fantastic break. Holiday was fantastic! Cannot think of any areas for improvement other than a slightly later check out time.

This was the perfect getaway cottage. The jacuzzi was a great touch as well as the champagne on arrival. I felt pampered even though it was just a small cottage in Wales and not a five star hotel in London the feeling was the same. Fabulous place loved it and will definitely be going to this specific cottage again.

A superb cottage with fantastic attention to details from the owners. The hot tub is an amazing touch, a gorgeous area and a great base for exploring but also great for afternoons relaxing!

The cottage had everything you needed, the owners didn't leave anything out and did their best to make you feel welcome with a very useful welcome pack and complimentary champagne and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. We had a lovely day out thanks to the very useful leaflets of what is around in the area. I would highly recommend this cottage and would love to re-visit the area and if we did we would definitely stay in this cottage again.

We stayed in this cottage for Christmas and found it to be comfortable, very well equipped(even for Christmas dinner!) and extremely cosy and welcoming. The cottage is well located for access to places such as Betwys-y-Coed, Harlech, Porthmadog, Barmouth etc and although on the outskirts of a busy town, we found the location to be very peaceful. We hope to return to this lovely cottage sometime.

Fantastic cottage and perfect for a break away, the owners have thought of everything to make this cottage a home from home. The standard of accommodation and cleanliness of the property was excellent and would thorougly recommend to anyone. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful holiday (despite the rain). The welcome pack had plenty of information about the local area and the champagne and chocolates were a very nice touch. The cottage was extremely well equipped and the hot tub was great! Couldn't have asked for more!

A beautiful cottage! Excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. The owners were very friendly and had thought of everything you could possibly need whilst staying in their cottage. The hot tub was wonderful.

From the moment we arrived to champagne and chocolates we were very impressed with this cottage. The hot tub was excellent as were all the facilities and it was a cozy place to come back to after exploring the Welsh countryside.

I would highly recommend this property as it was very well equipped, even down to towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap. It was very comfortable and the chocolates, champagne and flowers were a very nice personal touch.

A wonderful cottage, this is the best equipped cottage we have stayed in so far it had everything. In a fantastic location with fabulous views from the quaint cottage garden and the summer house and hot tub were superb!

The hot tub was fabulous, it was lovely to come back to it after a long day out. Our teenager found it really relaxing and the location is good because of the range of activities and attractions in the immediate area.

A beautiful cottage excellently positioned for exploring the Snowdonia area, as well as the Lleyn Peninsula, and south towards Harlech, Barmouth and Dolgellau areas. The owners have thought of everything you might need, and the chocolates and champagne were a lovely welcome!

The cottage was wonderful, it was well stocked, clean and very tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a perfect way to spend an evening after exploring the area around Blaenau Ffestiniog. We will definitely be going back!
